All articles submitted to Equilibrium should follow the scope of the Journal and journal author guidelines. The submitted articles will be double-blind reviewed by two or more expert scientific reviewers. The reviewers will give specific comments on the manuscript contents. The decision of manuscript acceptance is based on the consideration from Reviewer's comments. The Editors will make the final decision on manuscript acceptance based on the comments of the reviewers.
