Peran Pelaku Pembangunan Terhadap Pembentukan Perhimpunan Pemilik dan Penghuni Satuan Rumah Susun

Abstract


This legal research has aims to see how arrangements related to the association of owners and residents of apartment units and the role of development actors in the formation of the association. This legal research is a type of normative legal research that is descriptive using a statute approach. The types of legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials used is a literature study technique while the legal material analysis technique used is a deduction method. The results of this study show that the regulations related to the Association of Owners and Residents of Flats Unit in Law Number 20 of 2011 discuss its formation, the rights and obligations of owners and residents of apartment units, as well as administrative sanctions if they violate the provisions of this law. The role of development actors in the formation of the Association of Owners and Residents of Flats Unit is to be a facilitator in the formation by providing all the information, services, and administration needed to form PPPSRS.
