Dr. Hanilyn Aguilar Hidalgo is an associate professor V at the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, Philippines. She holds a degree in Agribusiness Management. She is a social scientist and her interests are in the sustainable livelihood of the marginal sectors, business resiliency, industry & market behavior, farm tourism, and value chain. She is also a project evaluator of the Philippines' Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program of the Department of Science and Technology in her locality. She received national awards in research and business competitions.
