PENILAIAN KESESUAIAN PENGELOLAAN KAWASAN WISATA GUNUNG KEMUKUS KABUPATEN SRAGEN TERHADAP KOMPONEN PENGELOLAAN WISATA BUDAYA

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki sebanya 88 Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) yang berpotensial dari segi ataksi alam dan budaya. Salah satu KSPN tersebut adalah KSPN Sangiran dan sekitarnya yang berada di Kabupaten Sragen, Jawa Tengah. KSPN Sangiran dan sekitarnya diketahui memiliki fokus peran strategis dalam usaha pelestarian dan pemanfaatan aset budaya dan sejarah. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mewadahi KSP Sangiran dan sekitarnya yang didominasi oleh wisata budaya. Kawasan Wisata Gunung Kemukus merupakan salah satu Daya Tarik Wisata (DTW) budaya di Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) Sangiran dan sekitarnya yang dikembangkan kembali pada tahun 2020 dan selesai pada tahun 2022 oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sragen. Selain itu, berdasarkan ketetapan yang berlaku diketahui bahwa wisata budaya di KSPN Sangiran dan sekitarnya diarahkan untuk memiliki peran  strategis terutama dalam usaha pelestarian dan pemanfaatan aset budaya dan sejarah. Pengembangan tersebut berdampak positif terhadap kawasan wisata ini terutama dari segi peningkatan jumlah pengunjung dan pendapatan. Meskipun begitu, Kawasan Gunung Kemukus diketahui masih memiliki beberapa permasalahan yang merujuk pada isu belum optimalnya pengelolaan di Kawasan Gunung Kemukus terutama dalam konteks usaha pelestarian dan pemanfaatan aset budaya dan sejarah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesesuaian pengelolaa wisata budaya di Kawasan Gunung Kemukus. Penilaian kesesuaian pengelolaan wisata budaya ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui kondisi pengelolaan di Kawasan Wisata Gunung Kemukus dengan ditinjau dari komponen pengelolaan wisata budaya yaitu penyediaan fasilitas wisata, pengembangan atraksi budaya, pengembangan aktivitas budaya, pengelolaan interaksi wisatawan dengan aset budaya, konservasi aset-aset budaya, dan kolaborasi pengelolaan wisata. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pengelolaan wisata budaya adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, yaitu data-data yang diperoleh secara deskriptif kemudian digambarkan dalam angka-angka numerikal melalui skoring dan pembobotan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan wisata budaya telah sesuai ditinjau dari komponen pengelolaan wisata budaya, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa komponen yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penyediaan amenitas dan akomodasi, interaksi komunikasi pengenalan sejarah dan budaya setempat, dan kerja sama antar pengelola-pengelola wisata perlu ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi semua kesesuaian semua komponen pengelolaan wisata budaya.
