ANALISIS KOMPARATIF USAHATANI BAWANG PUTIH (ALLIUM SATIVUM L.) VARIETAS LUMBU HIJAU DAN TAWANGMANGU BARU DI KECAMATAN TAWANGMANGU, KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

Abstract

Garlic (Allium sativum L) is one of the horticultural commodities whose market demand continues to increase in line with the rapid increase in population. The purpose of the study was to analyze whether there are differences between income, profit, efficiency, and profitability between Tawangmangu Baru and Lumbu Hijau garlic farms in Tawangmangu District, Karanganyar Regency. The method used as the basic research method was descriptive and analytical. Tawangmangu District was selected as the research location using purposive sampling. The respondents were 60 farmers who were taken using simple random sampling. The data analysis used was cost analysis, profit analysis, r/c ratio analysis. The results of the research showed on the average land areas of Tawangmangu Baru is 0.33 ha and Lembu Hijau is 0.35 ha. The average production of Tawangmangu Baru is 3,470 kg/UT/MT or 10,515 kg/ha/MT and Lumbu Hijau is 3,390 kg/ha/MT or 9,686 kg/ha/MT. The average selling price of Tawangmangu Baru is Rp16,581/kg and Lumbu Hijau is Rp12,051/kg. The revenue of Tawangmangu Baru is Rp174,358,134/ha/MT and Lumbu Hijau is Rp116,713,940/ha/MT. The farming costs of Tawangmangu Baru is Rp109,592,106/ha/MT and Lumbu Hijau is Rp86,505,417/ha/MT. The profit of Tawangmangu Baru is Rp64,766,028/ha/MT with R/C of 1.64 and Lumbu Hijau is Rp30,208,522/ha/MT with R/C of 1.35.
