EFISIENSI USAHA PADA PRODUK TEMPE KEDELAI NON-GMO DI RUMAH KEDELAI GROBOGAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost, revenue, profit, and efficiency of non-GMO soybean tempeh products at the Rumah Kedelai Grobogan. The basic methods are descriptive and analytical methods. The research was conducted at Rumah Kedelai Grobogan using a method of determining location deliberately (purposive). The determination of key informants as respondents using key person methods. The data analysis method is business analysis. The producing cost in one period for one month is 17,633,100.00 IDR, the revenue is 20,679,000.00 IDR, and the profits is IDR 3,045,900.00 so that it can be said to be profitable. The business efficiency rate is 1.17 which means it is efficient so that the non-GMO soybean tempeh business at Rumah Kedelai Grobogan is worth working on.
