ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PETANI CABAI MERAH (Capsium annum L) DI DESA CABEYAN TERHADAP MITRA PT. WAROENG SPESIAL SAMBAL INDONESIA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of red chili farmers with partners of PT Waroeng Special Sambal Indonesia. The research location is Cabeyan Village, Sukoharjo Regency. Determination of the sample is done intentionally by considering the number of red chili farmers with a total of 30 people taken using simple random sampling method. The data used are primary and secondary. Analysis of the data used is using the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) method by taking the dimensions of goods quality, service quality and price. The results showed that three dimensions include the dimensions of service quality, the dimensions of the quality of goods and the dimensions of price. Based on the service dimension, the attribute that is considered important but the company's performance is not satisfactory is the ability to communicate effectively. Based on the dimensions of the goods, the attributes that are considered important but the company's performance is unsatisfactory are the resistance and ability of pesticides to deal with disease.
