ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH JAGUNG SEBAGAI BAHAN BAKU MARNING JAGUNG DI KABUPATEN WONOGIRI

Abstract

Processing of agricultural products can increase the selling price and shelf life of the product. Agricultural products from dry land that have the potential to be developed into various processed product in Wonogiri regency are corn. Corn can be processed into various kinds of processed product, one of which is marning. This study aims to determine the amount of added value from the business of processing corn into marning in Wonogiri regency. The basic method of this research is descriptive analytical method. The location in this study is in Bulukerto district, Wonogiri regency with the consideration that the most agroindustries that process corn into marning are in Bulukerto district and the sample in this study is 4 marning agroindustries in that sub district. The data used in the study are primary and secondary data using the calculation of cost analysis, revenue, profit, business efficiency, and added value using the hayami method. The result showed that the total cost of the marning business in Wonogiri regency was IDR3.414.094,52/month, revenue was IDR4.449.460/month, profit was IDR997.342,97/month, business efficiency was 1,29 meaning every Rp1 costs incurred by the producer in the marning production process generate Rp1,29 revenue, and the added value to the marning business in Wonogiri regency is Rp9.903,40.
