ANALISIS PERMINTAAN SUSU SEGAR DI KABUPATEN BOYOLALI

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the demand for fresh milk in Boyolali Regency, such as fresh milk prices, coffee prices, tea prices, sugar prices, population and per capita income. The basic method of this research is the explanatory research method. The method of determining the location was carried out by a purposive method (deliberately) which was carried out in Boyolali Regency. The type of data used in this study is time-series data for 16 years. The data analysis method used is explanatory. The variables that affect the demand for fresh milk in Boyolali Regency are the price of fresh milk, per capita income, and granulated sugar. The elasticity of demand for the analysis model based on the price elasticity is -0.299, which indicates that fresh milk is inelastic. The cross-price elasticity shows that the variable price of granulated sugar is -0.181, which indicates that granulated sugar is a complementary good for fresh milk. Based on the income elasticity of 0.325, it shows that fresh milk is a normal good.
