Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Siamese orange (Citrus nobilis) nursery in Kemiri Subdistrict, Purworejo Regency from the financial aspect and business sensitivity by decreasing seedling production and increasing operational costs. The research method is descriptive analytical. The research is located in Kemiri District, Purworejo Regency. Data were analyzed using Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and sensitivity. The results showed that the financial aspect of the Siamese orange seedling business was feasible with an NPV value of Rp. 2,075,490,329.00, an IRR value of 30.75%, a net B/C value of 4.69 and a payback period of 4.42 years. Sensitivity results when production volume decreases by 10%, 20%, and 30% produce sensitive NPV, Net B/C and IRR values that affect business feasibility. Meanwhile, the sensitivity results to an increase in operating costs of 10%, 20%, and 30% resulted in non-sensitive NPV, Net B/C and IRR values so that they did not significantly affect the feasibility of the business.
