PENGARUH FAKTOR SOSIAL EKONOMI TERHADAP DIVERSIFIKASI KONSUMSI PANGAN TINGKAT RUMAH TANGGA DI KECAMATAN TODANAN KABUPATEN BLORA
Abstract
Pupose of this research is determined the availability of household food, to determine the condition of household food consumption diversification and to analyze socio-economic factors on the diversification of household food consumption. The basic research method is descriptive with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Determination of the location by purposive sampling with 45 respondents. The analytical method used is the analysis of household food availability sources, the analysis of household food consumption diversification with PPH scores, and the influence of socio-economic factors on the diversification of household food consumption with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the sources of household food availability in Todanan District entirely came from buying and producing themselves by several households with cultivation in paddy fields, yards, and livestock cultivation at home. The household expectation of food pattern score is 76.57 below the ideal score. The income and expenditure factors of food consumption have a significant effect on the diversification of food consumption at the household level.
