ANALISIS USAHA INDUSTRI JENANG KUDUS SKALA RUMAH TANGGA DI DESA KALIPUTU KECAMATAN KOTA KABUPATEN KUDUS

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the amount of costs, revenues, profits, profitability, efficiency, and risk of jenang kudus home industry in Kaliputu Village, Kota Subdistrict, Kudus Regency. The basic research method used is descriptive and analytic methods. The determination of the sample area was done purposively in Kaliputu Village as the center of the jenang kudus industry in Kudus Regency, there were 8 jenang kudus home industry in Kaliputu Village, so that the respondents in this study were 8 craftsmen. The results showed an average total cost of Rp.49,293,210.57 per month. The average total revenue obtained was IDR 73,429,250.00 per month and the average profit gained was IDR 11,339,289.43 per month. The profitability value is 23.42% and the efficiency value is 1.23 which means it is efficient because the R / C ratio is more than one. The holy jenang industry has a coefficient of variation (CV) less than 0.5 that is 0.07 and a lower limit value of profit (L) of Rp 9,685,875.78 so that this industry is protected by risk with the possibility of a minimum profit of Rp 9,685,875 , 78 per month.
