Abstract
ABSTRACT: This research aims to determine the condition of the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector whether to be a base or non-base sector and to know the contribution of the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors in reducing income inequality in the Pati Residency. The basic method of research is descriptive. The method of determining the location in the research was intentional or purposive. The type of data used in the research is secondary data, namely Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and population. Data analysis method uses the Minimum Requirement Technique (MRT) and Williamson Index. The results of the research showed that the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors were the base sectors in Rembang, Blora, Jepara and Pati. The agriculture, forestry and fisheries agriculture sector is a non-base sector in Kudus Regency. The agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors play a role in reducing income inequality in Pati's former residence. This is supported by the value of greater inequality if the agricultural sector is excluded
