ANALISIS PROFITABILITAS USAHA DAN NILAI TAMBAH PRODUK OLAHAN IKAN LELE PADA KUB WANITA KARMINA DI KECAMATAN SAWIT KABUPATEN BOYOLALI

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to know the magnitude of the profit, the profitability of the business, efficiency, and added value of the catfish processing business in KUB Wanita Karmina. The basic method of research used is a descriptive method. The determination of the research place was done intentionally (purposive), namely KUB Wanita Karmina in Boyolali regency. Data types used by primary data and secondary data with observation techniques, interviews and recording. The method of data analysis used is business analysis to know the magnitude of profit, the profitability of business, efficiency and value added. The results showed that the profit received from the processing of catfish in KUB Wanita Karmina in one month amounted to IDR 3,874,637. The profitability of the fish processing business on Karmina amounted to 19.6%. The efficiency of the catfish processing business in Karmina is 1.19, Product shredded in the Karmina  provides added value of IDR 7,867 with a ratio of added value of 25.21% and value added catfish meat chips of IDR 6,081 with a ratio of value added 21,79%.
