ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN NILAI TAMBAH PADA USAHA KECIL JAMUR KRISPI BERKAH CINTA DI KABUPATEN TRENGGALEK

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the income, efficiency, and added value of small enterprises of crispy mushroom Berkah Cinta in Trenggalek Regency. This research is a case study in the small enterprises of crispy mushroom Berkah Cinta Trenggalek that located at Gang Armyn Pane, Sumbergedong village, Trenggalek sub-district, Trenggalek Regency. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews with owners and secondary data from BPS, Dinas Pertanian, and Dinas Koperasi; UMKM; Perdagangan in Trenggalek Regency. Data analysis used is income analysis, business efficiency, and added value. Analysis of income and business efficiency is calculated using data in December 2018. Added value analysis is done using the Hayami method. The results of this study indicate that the total costs in December 2018 were 26,746,863.60 IDR/month, revenue obtained is 48,000,000.00 IDR/month, so the amount of business income is 21,253,136.40 IDR/month. The small enterprises of crispy mushroom Berkah Cinta Trenggalek is efficient as indicated by the R/C ratio more than 1 or 1.79. The small enterprises of crispy mushroom Berkah Cinta Trenggalek provide added value of 20,999.99 IDR/kg with a ratio of 22.00%. This means that every 1 kg of white oyster mushroom processed into crispy mushrooms can provide added value of 20,999.99 IDR. The added value ratio of 22.00% means that it is 22.00% value of the product is the result of the process of adding value to the processing of the white oyster mushroom in the small business of crispy mushrooms.
