Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research was conducted in March 2019 which aims to determine coffee supply chain management, coffee supply chain model in Gemawang Sub-district, Temanggung Regency. The basic method of this research is descriptive. Determination of research area using the intentionally method. Determination of samples using purposive method as an entry point and determination of informants using snowball sampling method. This research uses 20 samples of farmers. The data were analyzed using the food supply chain network model. The results indicate that the coffee supply chain formed 4 chain channels. Organizing business processes has been carried out by traders and agro-industries. Chain management consists of selecting partners, informal agreements, government support and collaboration. The chain structure consists of farmers, middlemen, wholesaler and agro-industries. The resources used in supply chain model are 4 resources, this is physical resources in the form tools, technological rsources, human resources and capital resources.
