Abstract

ABSTRACT : Sijarwo SMEs process cassava into various foods but in running its has not paid attention to business analysis. This study aims to determine the amount of cost, revenue, profit, business efficiency, and business evaluation in non-financial terme at Sijarwo SMEs. Determination of the location purposively with 8 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques by interviewing and taking notes. The data analysys used profit analysis, business efficiency and feasibility analysis of non-financial aspects. The results showed that the total cost was IDR 23,768,496, revenue was IDR 46,436,000, and profit was IDR 22,667,504,. The value of business efficiency with R/C ratio of cassava cheese was 1.37 and frozen gethuk was 2.60, while B/C ratio of cassava cheese was 0.37 and frozen gethuk was 1.60. The market aspect business evaluation is feasible because there is an opportunity to develop its business, the technical aspect is feasible because of availability of sufficient and continuous materials, the management aspect is feasible because of the structured division of tasks, and the legal aspect is feasible because it already has a business lecense
