ANALISIS USAHA BANDENG PRESTO SKALA UMKM DI DESA DUKUTALIT, KECAMATAN JUWANA, KABUPATEN PATI

Abstract

This study aims to examine the cost, revenue, and profits of the milkfish processing business, to know the magnitude of business efficiency and profitability of the milkfish processing business, and to know the magnitude of the risks involved in processing milkfish presto in Dukutalit Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency . The basic method of this research is descriptive method. Research location in Dukutalit Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency. Sampling uses census techniques. Analysis of the data used is by analyzing costs, revenues, profits, profitability, and risk analysis. The results of this study indicate that the average total cost of milkfish presto business in the UMKM scale in Dukutalit Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency in December 2018 was. 37,421,693 IDR per month. The average income obtained is 52,839,583 IDR per month, the average profit obtained is 15,417,890 IDR per month, and profitability of 41.2%. The bandeng presto business in the UMKM scale in Dukutalit Village, Juwana Subdistrict, Pati Regency has been efficient and feasible to be demonstrated as indicated by an R/C ratio of more than 1 which is equal to 1.41. The magnitude of the variation coefficient value is 1.63 and the lower limit of profit is –34,693,437 IDR. This can be said that the prestige bandeng business in Dukutalit Village, Juwana Sub-District, Pati Regency is run at risk
