Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution with farmer card patterns, comparison of the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution with farmer card patterns and without farmer cards and to determine the effect of the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution on tobacco production in Bansari District, Temanggung Regency. The basic method of research is descriptive analytical. The location of the study was Bansari Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency where the area applied the distribution of subsidized fertilizers with farmer card patterns. Analysis of the data used is an analysis of the effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers based on six indicators right (exact price, exact number, timely, exact place, exact quality and type) and regression analysis (determination test, F test and t test). The results showed that the distribution of subsidized fertilizers with farm card patterns of 69.1% was quite effective. The effectiveness of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers with farm card patterns has a significant effect on tobacco production. Every increase in distribution effectiveness is 1%, so tobacco production will increase by 1,247%.
