ANALISIS USAHA INDUSTRI KERUPUK RAMBAK KULIT SAPI SKALA RUMAH TANGGA DI KECAMATAN NGARIBOYO KABUPATEN MAGETAN

Abstract

Abstract : The purposes of the research were to determine the amount of costs, revenues, profits, profitability, efficiency, and risk of household businesses beef cracker in Ngariboyo Subdistrict of Magetan Regency.The basic method of this research is descriptive analysis method. The sample area is chosen on purpose (purposive sampling), that is Ngariboyo Subdistrict. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is the cost analysis, revenue, profit, profitability, efficiency and business risk analysis. The result of the research shows that the average total cost used in one month is IDRi6,827,163 The average revenue accepted every producer is IDR 8,198,750 every month and the average profit is IDRi1,371,587 every month. While the profitability is 20,1%. This industry has been efficient it shown with R/C ratio more than 1, that is 1,20. The coefficient variation 0,17 it’s means that the beef cracker industry has avoid from business risk, the low limit mark of the profit is IDRi888,705 every month.
