ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA PENJUALAN TANAMAN HIAS DI KOTA SURAKARTA

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the amount of cost, revenue, income and efficiency of ornamental plants business in Surakarta City. The basic method in this research is descriptive analysis. The method to determining the location is purposive by choosing Surakarta City as the location of the study, because Surakarta City has a central of ornamental plants. The method to determining respondents is proportional random sampling  by choosing 30 ornamental plant sellers in the central of ornamental plants in Pasar Nongko, Pasar Legi and Pucangsawit. The data used in the study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used is income analysis and R/C ratio analysis to determine efficiency. Based on the results of the analysis of costs and revenues, the average total cost of ornamental plant seller is Rp 135.527.287,19 each year. The revenues is Rp 158.678.053,33 each year and income is Rp 23.150.766,14 each year. Analysis of economic efficiency using the R/C ratio shows that this business is efficient. The value of efficiency is 1,17 which means every use of cost Rp 1,00, it will get revenue 1,17 times of costs.
