Abstract

ABSTRACT

The Purpose of this research are to determine the agribusiness system of Mushrooms in Sukoharjo Regency; identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats); formulate alternative strategies; and strategic priorities for the Mushroom Farmers in Sukoharjo Regency. The basic method used is descriptive analysis. The analysis tools used are IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, SWOT Matrix and QSP Matrix.The results showed that the effort of Mushroom in Sukoharjo Regency was in quadrant I (Agresif). The alternative development strategy for the agribusiness business of Mushroom in Sukoharjo Regency involves developing the products into various variants and processed forms, expanding the market to other regions by partnering with new collectors outside Sukoharjo Regency, establishing partnership relationship with modern market and restaurant in Sukoharjo Regency, optimizing existing markets today. Priority based on QSP matrix obtained score 5.8245 is expanding the market to other regions by partnering with new collectors outside Sukoharjo Regency.
