Abstract

ABSTRAK

This study aims to determine the average productivity of rubber tapper labor, the factors that affect the productivity of rubber tappers labor and what factors are the most dominant influence on rubber tapping labor at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Batujamus Karanganyar Regency. Taking the location of the research was conducted purposively is PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Batujamus Afdeling Gandugede. Determination of the number of samples with the basis of confident level is 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the average labor productivity of rubber tappers 5,79 kg/hok and the factors that affect the productivity of rubber tappers in PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kebun Batujamus Afdeling Gandugede are age, wage, years of service, and dummy fixed daily working status.
