This research aims to determine the performance of KUD Cepogo based on Balanced Scorecard, identify the problems that affect the performance of KUD Cepogo, and formulate a strategic plan that can be applied to improve the performance of KUD Cepogo. The basic method used in this research is descriptive with case study technique.  The results show that: KUD Cepogo performance in 2016 reached percentage of 76,47% with Very Good category. The problems that affect the performance of KUD Cepogo are: sales are not enough (inefficient) because working capital turnover is low, lack of participation of members in milk delivering to KUD Cepogo, limitations of business capital to create an innovation or a new product, some competitors exist beside KUD Cepogo. Strategic planning that can be applied for improving the working performance of KUD Cepogo are: reducing current liabilities (bank debt) by using internal funds, increasing internal capital through savings of members, adding the volume of milk supply and adding the sales of existing products in the waserda such as animal feed, increasing sales and revenue services, applying innovations in units of existing businesses as well as adding new services, running partnerships with other cooperative institutions, promoting the participation of cattle farmers, holding a manufacture training about qualified concentrate feed for the members, doing promotion and dissemination for both current members and prospective members to utilize the cooperative’s service, implementing a reward system for the active members, applying reward and punishment system to employees, giving a training and motivational seminars regularly,and applying a finger print system.
