PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU GULA DI PABRIK GULA MADUKISMO BANTUL
Abstract
ABSTRACT :The purpose of this research was to identify the Economic Order Quantity, Safety Stock, Reorder Point and Total Inventory Cost in PG Madukismo based on Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method during 2013-2015. The basic method used in this research was analytical descriptive with case study technique. Data analysis used Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method of Safety Stock, Reorder Point and Total Inventory Cost. The results of the study showed the calculation of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) of 2013-2015 consecutively were52,916.47 Kuintal with the frequency of ordering 107 times, 45,980.57 Kuintal with frequency 111 times, and 49,135.20 Kuintal with frequency 92 times. The number of Safety Stocks required in 2013-2015 consecutivelyamounted to 9,688.22 Kuintal, 9,687.97 Kuintal, and 9,266,53 Kuintal, respectively. Reorder Point of raw materials in 2013 amounted to 39,065.68 Kuintal, 2014 amounted to 40,016.61 Kuintal, and in 2015 amounted to 41,099,59 Kuintal. Total Inventory Cost during 2013-2015 were Rp59.496.656.122,00; Rp63.854.907.032,00; and Rp55.642.404.230,00.
