STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN TANAMAN OBAT KELUARGA (TOGA) (DI KLASTER BIOFARMAKA SUMBER MAKMUR KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR)

Abstract

ABSTRACT :This research aims to identify internal and external factors; formulating alternative strategis; and determine the priority strategy development of KlasterBiofarmakaSumberMakmur. The basic method of this research is descriptive and case study techniques. Location research in the KlasterBiofarmakaSumberMakmur, District Jumantono, Karanganyar Regency.Data analysis tools used are IFE, EFE, SWOT Matrix, and QSPM. The results showed successful internal conditions identified and external conditions. Based on these alternative strategies were formulated using SWOT Matrix and then QSPM. Four chosen strategy in QSPM are increased products diversification in the form of fertilizer and animal feed in order to make use of waste; the construction of the mindset of farmers in order to increase the commitment of farmers against Klaster Biofarmaka Sumber Makmur; increased the ability of innovation and production technology; and partnership relationship with great gatherer of TOGA that coordinated and integrated with good.The priorities of the strategy based on the score obtained at QSPM 5,5932 diversification is the increase in fertilizer products and animal feed in order to utilize waste.Keywords : Development Strategy, QSPM, SWOT Matrix, TOGA
