Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research are knowing what are the factor that has influence of susu fomula customer loyalty in Madiun City. The basic method of this research was descriptive analytic method. Location of the research was determined by purposive sampling in Madiun City. Sample of the research wae determined by purposive with the number of consumer as many as 100 people. Data used in the study were primary from the interview and secondary data as supporting data. Data collected by observation, interview and record keeping. The results showed that some factors that influence of formula milk costomer loyalty in Madiun City, consists of product quality, aesthetics, promotion, experience by comsumting, customer satisfication and consumer income. In addition, from f test the result,conclusion that happend are price, product quality, aesthetics, promotion, experience by comsumting, customer satisfication and consumer income together has influence of formula milk costomer loyalty in Madiun City
