FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA WANITA BAGIAN SORTASI KOMODITAS BUNCIS DI PT BUMI SARI LESTARI MAGELANG

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the amount of work productivity and the factors that affect the productivity of female labors in bean commodity sorting departement of Bumi Sari Lestari Ltd, Magelang. The basic method of research was a descriptive analytic method with survey technique. Determination of location of research was conducted by using purposive, that was at Bumi Sari Lestari Ltd.  Magelang. Sampling of respondents used sampling technique saturated or census, by determining respondents to 36 women labors. The data used primary and secondary data. Technique of collecting data was done through interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that the productivity of female labors in the sorting section of bean commodity at Bumi Sari Lestari Ltd mageang ranges from 23,92 Kg per Person’s day, and the highest working productivity was 28,45 Kg per person’s Day. Based on analysis of the data, it showed that independent variables such as age, length of work, wages, job dicipline, education, and work status significantly affected the produktivity of female labors in the section of the bean commodity sorting at Bumi Sari Lestari Ltd Magelang. Individually, the factors that affected the work productivity were job dicipline and work status. Job dicipline factor was the dominant factor affecting work productivity.
