PERANAN SEKTOR PERTANIAN DALAM PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA DI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the role of agricultural sector in labor absorption in Sukoharjo Regency, to analyze its regional Development component the amount of labor agricultural sector in Sukoharjo Regency for ten years ahead (2006-2015). The basic method used in this Research is analitycal descriptive. The data used are secondery data. Method of data analyze used are employment multiplier, shift share and pure forecast. The results indicate that the labor agricultural sector years 2006-2015 amount 6,28 that means during years 2006-2015 for every There is an increase in agricultural labor 1 person can increase labor total as much as 6 person in Sukoharjo Regency. Based on analysis of growth the labor produce value Total Share ( TS ) by -16.959. The value of Total Share (TS) showed that the growth of labor in the agricultural sector Sukoharjo in 2006-2015 including the slow category. Projections labor agriculture sector in Sukoharjo Regency in 2016 is estimated amounting to 42,635 people and continued to decline until 2025 of 4,076 people.
