PERENCANAAN BAHAN BAKU KAYU JATI PADA CV. RODA JATI DENGAN METODE MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING (MRP)

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of the research were to find out Master Production Schedule product of CV. Roda Jati, knowing the product’s structure and the bill of material product of CV. Roda Jati, knowing the Material Requirement Product of CV. Roda Jati. The descriptive analysis research methodology was utilized in this research. Determining the location and informan of the study by purposive method. The descriptive analysis data consisted of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) through the steps of netting, lotting, offsetting and explosion. The result of data analysis revealed that Master Production Schedule (MPS) shows the total demand in May, June and July at 1,097, 1,076 and 959 pieces. (2) Structure of product that is level 0 is furniture, level 1 is Raw Sawn Timber, level 2 is block, and level 3 is teak wood. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method through netting and lotting stage shows ordering of 106,96 m³ for June and 177,44 m³ for July. The offsetting stage indicates the ordering time is the third week of May and the third week of June. Explosion stage produces gross requirement per month that is May = 165,86, June = 140,72, month of July = 177,45.
