ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH PENGGILINGAN PADI KECIL (PPK) MENETAP DI KECAMATAN MASARAN KABUPATEN SRAGEN

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the amount of cost, income, business efficiency and value added Small Rice Mill (PPK) Settled in Masaran District, Sragen Regency. The basic method of this research was analytical descriptive and survey.The intake of township and village sample location was using purposive, which was Masaran sub-district with samples of 13 village. The sampling was done by proporsional and purposive sampling as many as 30 people.Types and source of data used consisted of primary and secondary data. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation.The results showed that the Settled Small Rice Milling divided into three namely (1) Producers of Brown Rice (2) Producers of semi finished Rice (3) Producers of White Rice. The income of Brown Rice, Semi finished Rice, and White Rice respectively are IDR 1.451.666.083,46/year. IDR 174,873,255,59/year. IDR 29.966,813,81/year. The

efficiency (R/C ratio) of rice producer business of Brown Rice, Semi finished Rice,and White Rice respectively are 1.07, 1.03, 1.01 so that has been efficient. The Value Added Analysis is categorized into four, consist of: Gross Added Value (NTb), Net Added Value (NTn), Added Value per Raw Material (NTbb) and Added Value per Manpower (NTtk).
