Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance map of Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) Musuk selection of informants in this study was purposively towards administrators, managers, and employees at the level of strategic management of data used in this study are primary data Determining a measure of results and map strategies conducted Focus Group or Focus Group Discussion Analysis strategy map is a descriptive evaluative. Based on the results of analysis there were 12 key indicators (lag indicators) is contained in the four perspectives of the balanced scorecardstrategymap,Financial Prespetif results are indicators of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. Indicators on the financial perspective, there is retention of members and member satisfaction index. Perspective Internal Business Process there are 2 key indicator is the ratio of the yield rate and the innovation process, while the perspective of internal business processes that index Employee Satisfaction, Employee Retention, Absenteissm, Employee Productivity
