Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this researchis to know what is the internal factor and external factor of development Kampung Lele, to finding the strategy’s alternative and to choose the strategy’s  priority of development Kampung Lele. The research’sbasic using qualitatitive descriptive analytical method. The place choosing by purposive in Kampung Lele Kecamatan Sawit Kabupaten Boyolali because Kampung Lele is one of minopolitan’s area in Central Java. The method to choose Key Informant is by purposive sampling. They are three key informant, vice chairman of Kampung Lele’s farmers group, marketing and vice chairman of Karmina;s group. The technique of collecting data by observation, interview, and documentation. To analize the data for internal and external factor by using IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, to analize alternative strategy by using SWOT matrix and to analize priority strategy by using QSP matrix. The result of this research are there are four alternative strategy, increasing the quality of the service in Kampung Lele, optimilizing and adding facilities, using media social to promote Kampung Lele and improving also having a conection with government or companies. Then analizing the four strategies to take a strategy’s priority and it is a optimilizing and adding facilities.
