MANAJEMEN RISIKO PADA PRODUKSI GULA PASIR DI PG MADUKISMO KABUPATEN BANTUL

Abstract

Abstrak : This study aims to identify and define a strategy for dealing with risk in the PG Madukismo. The basic method of research is descriptive and analytical. Methods used for data anylisis is the approach of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The results showed that the risk of the Unit Parts Plant are the risk of exceeding the target land area, sugar cane production is less than the target, sugar cane production over the target and raw material has not been milled. Risk on the Unit Installation Section are the risk of accidents, the engine stops when the production process and damage the engine. Risk on the Unit Parts Manufacturing are the risk of the yield sugarcane under target, milling capacity under target and the installed capacity of sugar production is less than the target. The strategy that is applicable for the company is the recruitment of human resources in equal with their fields, optimizing the milling capacity, make a schedule of planting, harvesting and delivery of cane tighter, doing counseling and campaigns K3, making SOP K3 corresponding parts unit, select the region land for planting sugarcane with quality land balanced , monitoring the engine during the production process, forming a new team on the engineering division to handle emergency maintanance, maximize milking sap from sugar cane by using machines capable of milling better, apply the technology cultivation of sugar cane and optimizing the amount of raw material sugar cane and the value of the yield.
