ANALISIS DETERMINAN DINAMIKA KELOMPOK TANI DI KECAMATAN MOJOLABAN KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze farmer group dynamics level, describe internal factor and external factor of farmer groups, and analyze influence of internal factor and external factor toward farmer group dynamics. Basic method used is explanatory using survey technique. The location chosen as purposively in Mojolaban Sub-District because it located in semi-urban area which 99,7% of land using rice as superior commodity and it also supported by technique irrigation in a year long. Samples determined using multistage random sampling method. This research take 100 respondents split from 30 farmer groups in 15 villages in Mojolaban Sub-District. Technique for collecting data are observations, interviews, and record-keeping. Data analyzed using wide interval formula and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) as alternatif method. The result shows that: (1) group dynamic is very high; (2) internal factor (leader role, member perceptions, member motivations, member participations, and communications)  is very high and external factor (extension agent role and government role) is high; (3) internal factor and external factor significantly influenced toward farmer group dynamics.
