HUBUNGAN EFEKTIVITAS KEMITRAAN PABRIK GULA TASIKMADU DENGAN KESEJAHTERAAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI TEBU DI KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the pattern of partnerships, the effectiveness of the partnership, the prosperity levels of sugarcane farmer households, and correlation the effectiveness of PG Tasikmadu partnerships with prosperity of sugarcane farmer household in Karanganyar regency. The basic method of research is descriptive method. The number of respondents was 39, was taken by the census method. The analysis of data were used: (1) descriptive, (2) formula interval width, (3) Exchange Farmer Household Income (NTPRP), (4) Spearman Rank correlation test. The results showed that; (1) The partnership pattern between PG Tasikmadu with sugarcane farmers is core-plasma partnership; (2) The effectiveness partnership of PG Tasikmadu has been effective. The effectiveness of partnership based on the implementation of the KUR program, technical assistance of cultivation and profit-sharing system has been effective; (3) Based on the calculation of NTPRP, household sugarcane farmer partners of PG Tasikmadu in Karanganyar has been prosperous with the NTPRP value equal to 1.34; (4) There is a significant correlation (3.134 t count> t table 0.028) between the effectiveness of PG Tasikmadu partnership with prosperity of household sugarcane farmer partners in Karanganyar, with correlation coefficient 0.465 (moderate correlation level). Based on the implementation of the program, there is a significant correlation between the effectiveness of KUR programs partnership, the effectiveness of sugarcane cultivation mentoring programs, and the effectiveness of partnership profit-sharing programs with household prosperity of  sugarcane farmer partners  in Karanganyar regency.
