ANALISIS USAHA DAN RISIKO AGROINDUSTRI PRODUK OLAHAN IKAN DI MINA ABADI KABUPATEN WONOGIRI

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This research aimed to (1)know the costs and profit of business (2) know the efficiency, rentability, liquidity and solvency of business (3) and know risk of fish product processing business in Mina Abadi, Wonogiri Regency. The sample locatoin determination was done  using  purposive method in Mina Abadi, Wonogiri Regency. The data type employed consisted primary and secondary data. The data analysis was done to know the costs,profit, efficiency, rentability, liquidity, solvability and risk of bussines. The result of research show that the average total cost of fish product processing business in Mina Abadi, Wonogiri Regency for a month was IDR 5.296.474,00, for revenue was IDR 8.723.250,00 so the profit for a month was IDR 3.426.776,00. Fish product processing business in Mina Abadi, Wonogiri Regency was efficient (R/C Ratio = 2,20).The level of rentability, liquidity and solvency of the fish product processing business has been good, where the value of rentability amounted to 64,70%, liqiudity amounted to 64.24% and the solvency of the business amounted to 11.11%. Fish product processing business in Mina Abadi, Wonogiri Regency has the risk (CV = 1,22). The lowest profit margin (L) of fish product processing busines in Mina Abadi, Wonogiri Regency was minus IDR4.950.299(< 0) so this busnines have an opportunity to being lost IDR4.950.299,00.
