ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI ALIH FUNGSI LAHAN SAWAH KE NON SAWAH DI KABUPATEN KENDAL

Abstract

Abstract: Thisresearch aims at investigating the factors influencing land convertion from wetland to dryland in Kendal Regency viewed from to variabels including internal variable from the farmers and external variable from the area.The internal independent variable consisting of farmer ages,educatoin, family insurances, and agricultural income estimated influence the land convertion in Kendal regency. In the external independents variable consisting of the increased family, the increased markets, the increased population of inhabitant, and the decreased landestimated influence the land convertion in Kendal regency.Primary data taken by purposive sampling technique with 30 respondents as farmers who make land conversion in 2011-2015. The secundary data taken by some subdistric wich consist the land conversion influencing from wetland to dryland in 2010-2014. Based on the regression analysis using SPSS 17.0, the results shows that in the internal variablethat agriculture income significantly influence the land convertion in Kendal regency.While variable the increased population of inhabitant  significantly affect land conversion of wetland to dryland in Kendal regency.
