ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHIPENDAPATAN PENGRAJIN PENDERES AGROINDUSTRI GULA KELAPA (Cocos nucifera L) DI DESA PAGERANDONG KECAMATAN MREBET KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA

Abstract

ABSTRACT.This research aimed to (1) analyze the costs incurred, receipts, and income of craftsmen tappers palm sugar, (2) analyze the influence of palm sugar price, explicit costs, the proportion of the profit sharing of palm sugar, works experience, the number of coconut trees, the number of tapping palm juice in a month, as well as variations in the shape of palm sugar to sugar palm tappers craftsmen income, (3) and analyze the factors that most influence on the income of palm sugar tappers craftsmen in the village of Pagerandong,sub district Mrebet Purbalingga district. The research location determined by purposive, and samples were determined by proportional random sampling as much as 40 respondents. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the average costs incurred explicit amounting to IDR 627. 938 per month, receiving an average of IDR 3.293.330 per month, so that the average income of the sugar palm tappers craftsmen in the village Pagerandong is amounted to IDR 2.022.342 per month , Factors that affect the income of palm sugar agroindustrial tappers craftsmen in the village Pagerandong include palm sugar prices, the explicit cost, the number of palm trees, and the number of tapping palm juice in a month. The most influential factor on the income of palm sugar agroindustrial tappers craftsmen in the village Pagerandong is the number of tapping palm juice in a month.
