EFFECTIVENESS OF KOPERASI USAHA PETERNAKAN DAN PEMERAHAN (UPP) SAPI KALIURANG IN INCREASING REVENUE DAIRY CATTLE BREEDER

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the pattern of partnerships and characteristics of dairy farmers in partnership with Koperasi UPP Sapi Kaliurang, knowing the level of household income of dairy farmers in partnership with Koperasi UPP Sapi Kaliurang, examine the effectiveness of partnerships between Koperasi UPP Sapi Kaliurang with dairy farmers and to determine the effectiveness of the partnership program cooperative relationship UPP Ground Beef with a household income of farmer partners. The basic method of this research is descriptive method of analysis. Research is located in Koperasi UPP Sapi Kaliurang on the basis that the partnership between the Koperasi UPP Sapi Kaliurang with dairy farmers, as well as the availability of Koperasi UPP Sapi Kaliurang and dairy farmers in Sleman district to provide information and data needed for research. Analysis of the data used is the Spearman rank correlation and analysis of revenue. The sampling method used is proportional random sampling method. The number of respondents surveyed in this study were 60 respondents. The results showed that a partnership between the Koperasi UPP Sapi Kaliurang with dairy farmers is a core pattern plasma.Rata average income of dairy farmers for one year is Rp 29,255,084 so that the average monthly revenue was Rp 2,437,923. The effectiveness of the program partnership that exists between Koperasi UPP Sapi Kaliurang with dairy farmers on average are operating effectively. There is no significant relationship between age and the effectiveness of the partnership program in increasing income of dairy farmers. There is a significant relationship between the duration of the partnership effectiveness of the program in partnership with the increase in income of dairy farmers.
