Abstract

ABSTRACT :This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the Performance employee in Factory Kerjo PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. Analyzing factors work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on Performance employee. Analyzing the factors most dominant influence on employee performance. The basic method used in this research was descriptive method. The locations were selected in the factory Kerjo PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. The data analysis method used  is multiple linear regression analysis with independent variables that consist of work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction as well as the dependent variable consisting of employee performance. The results showed that work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction jointly significant effect on employee performance, while individually only work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline individually not significant effect on employee performance. The most dominant factor influence on employee performance is work motivation factor. Advice can be given is an increase in the elements of motivation and job satisfaction in order to improve the performance of employees and the implementation of further studies to complement and enhance this research
