ANALISIS EFISENSI AGROINDUSTRI TAHU BAKSO DI KECAMATAN UNGARAN, KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research were to analyse amount of the cost, revenue, profit, profitability, risk, and the efficiency of meatball tofu in Ungaran Subdistrict, Semarang Regency. The basic method of this research were descriptive analytic method and census technique. The determining of research location was done deliberately in Ungaran Subdistrict, Semarang Regency. Respondent retrieval was done by census. This research used 28 producers of meatball tofu in Ungaran Subdistrict, Semarang Regency. The data were used in this research are primary data as the main data and secondary data as the supporting data. The technique of Collecting data was done by interview, observation, and quotation. Based on the result of this research, the profit which were gotten by the meatball tofu agroindustrial in April 2016 was Rp 425.959.452,00. The profitability of this meatball tofu agroindustrial was 61,43%. The meatball tofu agroindustrial in Ungaran Subdistrict, Semarang Regency always gets profit which was appropriate with profitability level which was profitable, it was 61,43%. The meatball tofu agroindustrial in Ungaran Subdistrict, Semarang Regency had R/C value 1,61, this ratio shows that this meatball tofu agroindustrial was efficient because had ratio R/C more than 1
