HUBUNGAN ANTARA KARAKTERISTIK PETANI DAN SIFAT INOVASI DENGAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PENERAPAN KEMBALI BUDIDAYA PADI NON ORGANIK (Studi Kasus di Dukuh Tegalrejo Desa Gondang Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Sragen)

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to assess the characteristics of farmers, the nature of innovation and decision-making re-application non-organic rice farming. The research location is determined intentionally (purposive) in TegalrejoHamlet, Gondang village, Gondang district, Sragen regency. Census sampling methods were choosen for 43 farmers. To know the characteristics of the farmer, the nature of innovation and the decision to use the width of the interval, while to determine the relationship between the characteristics of farmers and nature of the decision-making innovations used Spearman Rank correlation analysis (rs). The results showed that the decision-making among individuals vary, but in general was high. In the test Spearman Rank analysis is known that there is a significant relationship between farmers characteristics such as age, formal education, non formal education, extensive farming; and the nature of innovation, namely the level of relative advantage, the level of appropriateness, level of complexity, the level of the possibility of a try, the probability is observed; with decision-making application back non-organic rice farming in TegalrejoHamlet, Gondang village, Gondang district, Sragen regency.
