PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI PTPN XII KEBUN RENTENG AFD. KEDATON
Abstract
ABSTRACT : This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee productivity at PTPN XII Renteng Gardens Afd. Kedaton, and to know which variables are the most dominant influence on employee productivity at PTPN XII Renteng Gardens Afd. Kedaton. The basic method used in this research is descriptive method with survey thechnique. This research was conducted in PTPN XII Renteng Gardens Afd. Kedaton. Data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The independent variables consist of Work Motivation, Work Environment. The dependent variable consisting of Employee Productivity. The survey results revealed that the motivational factors of work and working environment individually and together significantly affect the level of productivity of employees at PTPN XII Gardens Renteng Afd. Kedaton. The most dominant variable influence on the productivity of employees based on standardized coefficient beta test results is the work environment. Suggestions that are given was the administration of employee motivation to harvest sections PTPN XII Renteng Gardens Afd. Kedaton needs to be improved by providing insentive like salary bonuses for employees with work performance. Besides that, the work environment also needs to be improved such as the facilitation of the work tools. This is because, with the increase of motivation to work and the working environment will be able to increase employee productivity.
