ANALISIS USAHA INDUSTRI JENANG KRASIKAN DI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the cost, revenue and profits, analyze the level of profitability, analyze the level of business efficiency, analyze the risks of industrial enterprises jenang krasikan in Sukoharjo Regency. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. Location research done purposively. Data analysis method used is the analysis of cost, revenue, profit, profitability, business efficiency, and risk analysis need jenang krasikan industry in Sukoharjo Regency. The results of this study indicate that the total cost of Rp. 18.259.898,79, for receiving the average obtained for Rp. 26,930,037.04. The average profit of  Rp. 8.670.138,24  per month and the level of profitability by 0.48. The efficiency value is 1.48 or R/C > 1 indicates that the industrial enterprises of jenang krasikan in Sukoharjo run already efficient. Great risk to be borne by industrial enterprises krasikan jamb according to the analysis coefficient of variation (CV) of 0,864 and a lower limit value gains (L) equal-Rp. 6.309.343,44. Thus there is an opportunity loss to be suffered by manufacturers of industrial enterprises jenang krasikan. The conclusion of this study is jenang krasikan industrial enterprises in Sukoharjo Regency already profitable and efficient, but a possible risk of loss.
