MANAJEMEN RISIKO BUDIDAYA AYAM BROILER DI KABUPATEN BOYOLALI
Abstract
Abstract: This study aims to determine risk in the production of broiler chicken farming , knowing the risks in broiler chicken farming is high , and analyze the risk management of production in Simo District Boyolali Regency. The basic method used is descriptive analytical . Methods of data analysis using qualitative description of the risk of production , CV ( Coefficient of Variation ) , L ( Lower Limit ) and descriptive qualitative to analyze the risk management. The results showed that the causes of their source of production risks arise due to the cultivation of broilers and market risk . The magnitude of risk in the production of broiler chicken farming classified as high-risk activity for grades. CV > 0.5 can be indicated by the value of CV is the cultivation of the 1st of 0,711452604, the cultivation of the 2nd t of 0,797454475 , the cultivation of the 3rd of 0,656590605 , and the cultivation of the 4th of 0,692730871 L value of 5.3851648 or cultivation to - 1 amounted to -12.830.745, cultivation amounted to -17.988.8432nd , 3rd cultivation and cultivation of -10.223.476, 4th at 12.604.581 means that L < 0. It shows that the broiler chicken business in the District of Simo Boyolali has a great chance for any damages of any production process . so the need for good risk management cultivation . This can be demonstrated by the series of activities such as planning, handling, monitoring and assessment.
