ANALISIS PENGARUH FISKAL DAN MONETER TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA SEKTOR PERTANIAN DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research is to know the effect of fiscal and monetary partially and jointly on absorption of agricultural labor in Indonesia. Method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Locations were selected purposively in Indonesia. Data analysis used in this research are secondary data from 2000 to 2014. This study uses a model approach Ordinary Least Square (OLS) by using SPSS. This model has a value of the coefficient of determination (R²) as much as 0,968, which means 96,8% variation variable the the absorption of agricultural labor in Indonesia as a dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables include Tax revenue (X_1t), non-tax revenues (X_2t), public expenditure on agriculture (X_3t), interest rates (X_4t) and the amount of money in circulation (broad money) (X_5t), while another 3,02% is explained by the variation of variables outside of the model. F probability values obtained as a test of significance smaller than α = 10% (0,1). It showed that all variables researched jointly influential the absorption of agricultural labor in Indonesia at 10% significance level. T-test show that variable X_1t with a value of significance 0,069, X_5t with a value of significance 0,003, it showed partially affect the absorption of agricultural labor in Indonesia at 10% significance level.
