SIKAP PETANI TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN SUBSIDI PUPUK DI KECAMATAN CAWAS KABUPATEN KLATEN

Abstract

ABSTRACT :This research aims to analyze the factors forming attitudes, analyze the attitude of farmers, and analyze the relationship between the factors forming the attitude with the attitude of farmers towards fertilizer subsidy policy in Cawas Sub-District, Klaten District. The basic method is a method of quantitative research. Locations in Cawas Sub-District research, with the consideration that Cawas Sub-District is one of the District in Klaten that have the greatest rice area during the last 5 years in the amount of 2.318 Ha. Analysis of the data used is the Spearman Rank Correlation which aim to determine the relationship between the factors forming the attitude with the attitude of farmers on fertilizer subsidy policy. The sampling method used was multistage random sampling. The number of respondents surveyed in this study were 60 respondents. Analysis to determine the level of significance using t_count test.Factors forming the attitudes in this study is personal experience, formal education, non formal education, the influence of others that are considered important, and mass media. The (0,632) and the influence of others that are considered essential (0,559) with the attitude of farmers on fertilizer subsidy policy. There is no significant relationship between personal experience                 (-0,017), formal education (0,095), and mass media (0,224) with the attitude of farmers on fertilizer subsidy policy.
