Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the feasibility brem agroindustry in Kaliabu Village Mejayan Sub District of Madiun.The basic method of this research is descriptive analysis using survey techniques.Location research done purposively (intentionally).The number of samples in this study were 30 respondents who are entrepreneurs Brem and retrieval techniques of respondents is done by simple random sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data.Data collected observations, interviews, records and documentation.The results showed that the business viable in terms of market and marketing aspects, can be seen through the availability of appropriate types of markets for products Brem, there is a demand from consumers, and offers from producers.From the aspect of technology and production processes, can be seen from the availability of tools and machines to do the production process Brem, there is an appropriate location for business and production processes that can be run by labor effort.Meanwhile, from the aspect of raw materials, can be seen from the continuity of availability of raw materials glutinous that become the main raw material for the production of Brem.The analysis shows the financial aspect NPV value of Rp.150.759.948,12Gross B / C of 1,31 Net B / C of 1,96 and the value of IRR 26,10%. The payback period or return on investment period is 3 years with a value of BEP Brem are 42.085 units large box size or 84.170 units brem small box size.Analysis of the feasibility of switching value shows the change in number to 12,91% increase in costs and 16,27% for the decline in revenue.Advice can be given to businesses that add Brem business branches and expand its marketing territory.Brem effort is a tremendous opportunity for the group of businessmen and investors to invest in venture brem.
