ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL DAN SENSITIVITAS AGROINDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN IKAN LELE (STUDI KASUS DI KUB KARMINA, KECAMATAN SAWIT, KABUPATEN BOYOLALI)

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research is to analyze the feasibility of economic and financial on agroindustrial processing of cathfish business in KUB Karmina. The basic method applied is descriptive analitic, with the case study research techniques. Research location chosen purposively in KUB Karmina Sawit Subdistrict Boyolali Regency. The data were collected using primary data and secondary data from 2007 to 2015. Method of data analysis used the method of financial analysis (with analysis tools such as Payback Period, NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), Gross B/C Ratio, and Net B/C Ratio) and sensitivity analysis.The results of financial analysis (with discount rate9%) are NPV amounting to 39.823.953,13is greater than 0, IRR amounting to 12,06 % (greater than discount rate 9%), Net B/C Ratio amounting to 1,23 (greater than 1), and Gross B/C Ratio amounting to 1,04 (greater than 1) and payback period as long as 7 year 11 month. Based on the results of financial
analysis, showing that the agroindustrial processing of cathfish business in KUB Karminais feasible. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis, agroindustrial processing of cathfish business in KUB Karmina is not feasible in the event of macroeconomic dynamics described by an average of inflation rate of 5 % and the loan interest rate of 9% Bank BRI.
